Returns policy
The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will accept the return of any product providing it meets one of the following creiteria
1. Products were damaged in the post - If products were damaged in the post please return your goods with the note from Australia Post (where possible) indicating the package was damaged in the mail. JDRF will send you a free replacement, depending on stock availability. If JDRF are unable to replace your product a refund will be available.
2. Faulty product - If products were faulty on delivery or have become faulty within one month of receiving the item, JDRF will send a free replacement, providing the item is still available. If JDRF are unable to replace another product or refund will be made.
- NB: Refunds can only be made to the original credit card used to purcahse the order
- Special Exceptions
Note also that specific products may have specific returns policies, so be
sure to read that information on the product pages.
